1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using OnlySecurity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of service
OnlySecurity provides passive security assessment of websites, including TLS, DNS, headers, and related checks. Scans are non-intrusive and do not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities. Results, scores, and reports are for informational and assessment purposes only.
3. Your obligations
You must use the Service lawfully and only for sites you are authorised to test. You may not use the Service to harass, abuse, or scan targets without permission. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Account and subscription
Free and paid plans are subject to the features and limits described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with our billing terms. We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-generated content and scan results), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service without our written permission. Scan reports generated for you may be used by you for your own purposes.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that scans will identify all security issues or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our security scores and findings are indicative and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
